GAMOTA SERVICE AGREEMENT
I. DEFINITIONS AND SERVICE DESCRIPTION:
Agreement Terms: Gamota invites customers to use its online gaming services on web and mobile (referred to as the "Service") under the condition that the customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated in the Gamota Service Agreement (referred to as "GSA"). To confirm agreement, the customer must click "Agree" at the end of the account registration process after reading and understanding all the provisions in the GSA.
Customers must read and agree to all provisions of the GSA before using the Service to understand their rights and obligations. Using the Service means the customer voluntarily agrees to all provisions of the GSA.
The GSA represents the entire agreement between Gamota and the User. It does not replace any additional terms notified by Gamota. Gamota reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time, with modifications becoming effective upon notification on Gamota's official website. Users are encouraged to periodically review the GSA on the website. If any modifications are unacceptable, the User may terminate the GSA. Continued use of the Service after modifications indicates acceptance of those changes.
Definitions:
"Appota ID Account": An account for accessing Gamota gaming services and other Appota products.
"Account Holder": The individual who owns an Appota ID account.
"Gamota Online Gaming Service (Service)": Online games available on web and mobile platforms provided by Gamota.
"Gamota": The provider of online gaming services under Appota Corporation.
"Appota ID": A unique ID assigned to each user by Gamota for game access.
"User": A person utilizing Gamota's online gaming services and holding an Appota ID.
II. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION, LOGIN, AND PROTECTION
Registration: To use the Service, customers must register for an Appota ID via gamota.com or in-game registration. Customers must complete the registration process and agree to all terms in this Agreement.
Users must create a character and select a game server. The account holder is responsible for all activities performed through their account. Account names, character names, and guild names must not:
Refer to government, political, or religious organizations in Vietnam.
Contain content that violates laws, is reactionary, offensive, or inappropriate.
Disrupt or discredit Gamota and Appota services.
Login: Users log in using their registered Appota ID. Each Appota ID has a single password for all associated services. Users must protect their account information and notify Gamota immediately if they suspect unauthorized access. Gamota is not responsible for unauthorized access due to password leaks and will not handle disputes if the user cannot verify account ownership.
Account Protection:
Registration requires an email (or phone number) and password.
After registration, users must update their account security details via https://id.appota.com/profile.
Security details include a protected phone number, identification documents (ID card or citizen card), and other security information as required.
These details are used for account verification in dispute resolution.
III. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Rights of Appota ID Holders:
Change login credentials and security details.
Use Appota ID for all related services and online gaming.
Responsibilities of Appota ID Holders:
Register truthfully and provide accurate information.
Present verification evidence upon Gamota's request.
Protect account information, including login details, registered phone number, and transaction records.
Report unauthorized access immediately.
Violations and Penalties: Prohibited activities include:
Using the Service for illegal purposes.
Spreading false information, inciting violence, or disrupting public order.
Violating Gamota’s intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized account access or in-game item trading for real-world currency.
Exploiting game mechanics for unfair advantages.
Fraudulent activities.
Violations will result in:
Warnings or account suspension.
Revocation of in-game items or currency.
Temporary or permanent account bans.
Legal actions if laws are breached.
Gamota’s Rights:
Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts violating the agreement.
Interrupt services for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
Modify the agreement without prior notice.
Gamota’s Responsibilities:
Secure customer information unless legally required to disclose it.
Support customers with account issues.
Handle complaints about service usage within a specified timeframe.
IV. SERVICE AGREEMENT
User Consent: By using an Appota ID to access Gamota services, the user agrees to this GSA. If the user disagrees, they should discontinue service usage.
Third-party Links and Services: Gamota is not responsible for external websites or services linked from Gamota's platform.
Transaction Issues and Error Handling:
Users must report transaction errors within 24 hours via the Gamota support system.
Gamota will investigate and resolve reported issues within ten (10) business days.
Compensation applies only if errors are due to Gamota’s fault.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours if the service is not received.
Refund requests beyond this timeframe are not accepted.
Transactions made outside Gamota’s authorized payment channels are invalid and subject to item or account revocation.
Gamota reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service in cases beyond its control, such as natural disasters, conflicts, or disruptions from third-party service providers.
By using Gamota’s services, users acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
